3. Reference Photos Guidelines: High-resolution images with good lighting and clear details. 

4. Payment and Terms: To initiate the creation of your custom portrait, a 50% upfront deposit is required. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

5. Shipping Timeline: 30 days to dispatch
